My recent stay at Mitsis Summer Palace Beach Hotel was a delightful experience. The breathtaking views over the Aegean Sea truly made the stay worthwhile. The all-inclusive bar, with its skilled bar chef, was a highlight, offering delicious cocktails until midnight.The staff at the hotel were always friendly and accommodating, especially when it came to catering to dietary restrictions like my lactose-intolerant girlfriend. The various pools and spacious family room were great for relaxation, although there were some issues with the limited buffet selection.The hotel's wide variety of fun activities, from beach volleyball to dancing lessons, kept us entertained throughout the day. The beautiful landscape, combined with the convenience of on-site restaurants serving delicious meals, made for a truly luxurious experience.Mitsis Summer Palace Beach Hotel provided a mix of relaxation, entertainment, and stunning views, making it a perfect base for exploring Kos. I would definitely consider returning in the future, perhaps with friends to enjoy the lively evening entertainment and wide range of sports facilities.
